A global international financial services company requires someone with banking/financial services experience.
Key responsibilities will include:
KYC (Know Your Customer)
· Setting up new customer IDD files as requested
· Updating active and potential customer IDD files with data provided by Risk Manager
· Completing background checks and screening of individuals and entities, in accordance with policies and procedures and Anti-Money Laundry (AML) guidelines
· Escalating red flags to Risk Managers as they arise and providing further investigation if required
Customer Financial Data
· Liaising with customers, marketers & risk managers to retrieve updated financial statement information in accordance with contractual agreements
· Entering customer financial statement data into SURE PD (credit rating system
Credit Ratings
· Tracking external agency credit rating movements and updating data in SURE PD
Risk Reports
· Compiling daily/weekly press packages for Risk and Marketing team review
· Preparing and circulating the following risk reports, per the designated frequency required: Aged Analysis, Eurocontrol Statements, Credit Alerts, Broker Analyst Reports, EU Blacklist Reports, Economic Intelligence Unit (EIU) Report
Risk System Administration
· Daily administration of Risk systems, including (but not limited to): party profile, SURE PD, Default & Loss
Qualifications & Experience
· University 2.1 Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or other equivalent
· Ability to interpret and analyse Financial Statements.
· Proficient in MS Office applications, especially excel and powerpoint.
· Demonstrated teamwork, organization and execution skills.
· Good problem solving and research capabilities.
· Good professional presence and customer interface skills.
· Ability to set priorities and to handle situations with minimal supervision
