Essential Criteria:
-Background in Woodwork
-Excellent AutoCAD skills
-A number of years managing a large team
-Proficient IT skills
Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following;
•Candidates must have woodwork and joinery qualification/experience
•Must have management experience with excellent organisational and communication skills.
•Candidates will be directly responsible for the planning, preparation and production of high end bespoke joinery and e familiar with all aspects including wood finishing.
•Must be experienced with the use of all types of manual and automated wood working machinery including CNC and its associated programs.
•The candidate will have an expert eye for quality finishes and be capable of managing a multi skilled team and good time management skills.
•Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD
•Will be responsible for scheduling all jobs through production, ensuring that staffing, materials, suppliers, contractors and resources are in place.
•Ideally have good commercial acumen
