- Positions Requires Candidate to report to Operations manager daily.

- Experience in Opening & Closing procedures of a busy restaurant from cash handling to check lists and security.
- To provide a great team enviroment with great organisation ond motivation skills.
- HACCP/ Health & Safety Procdures adhered to at all times through out the restaurant and kitchen.
- Strong experience in Budgets/ costings & Gp's.
- Ensure staff and management repersent restaurant group in highest standard at all times.
- Experience in Ttraining & development of team members while following company Policy & Procedure
