This FDA company is a global leader in the manufacture and distribution of products for the global markets Provide leadership, technical competence and support of SAP and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) applications.
Lead resolution of customer issues, focusing on permanent resolution, quality and service.
Sustain and continuously improve Service Level Agreements to support the business.
Project management / implementation of new applications, upgrading existing systems & applications to support on-going business needs.
Test all critical systems prior to upgrades or revision changes to prevent production line down.
Support the implementation of SAP and MES on all New Products & Product Transfers.
Relevant degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar technical role, preferably in a large multinational company.
Strong technical knowledge of SAP and Manufacturing systems.
Strong understanding of manufacturing within an FDA regulated environment.
Demonstrated strong communication and problem solving skills.
Customer focused approach.
Ability to lead a team driving a strong team culture of ownership and accountability.
Proven project management skills are essential
