Our Client is Ireland's leading provider of IT HR Solutions with a track record of large Human Resource IT Contracts in Ireland and the UK. Specialising in the development and support of Payroll, Time & Attendance and HR Management Systems. Employing people in our offices in Ireland & the UK we partner with organisations across all business sectors including Government, Public Sector Agencies, Education, Retail, Pharmaceutical and Food & Beverages. Due to our continued success and rapid growth we are recruiting for an inspirational Sales Operations Manager - Inside Sales to join our team based in Kilkenny. The ideal candidate must be motivated, with excellent sales, and communication skills.
Reporting to the Sales Manager the Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing the outbound sales process.
THE ROLE:
*Recruit, on board and manage inside sales personnel.
*Work closely with product managers on developing collateral and scheduling of sales campaigns.
*Management of sales KPI's for inside sales personnel.
*Coaching and mentoring inside sales staff.
*Ensures smooth handling of orders, ensuring orders transferred to Operations.
*Statistics on quarterly sales calculated monthly e.g. number of calls made, customers visited, ensure web site being updated, ensure collateral is in place.
*Engaging positively with prospective customers.
*Accurately logging and processing all required data.
REQUIREMENTS:
*Bachelors Degree.
*Fluency in English.
*3+ years experience in a sales, consultancy or senior management background (Ideally within the software/technology industry though not an absolute requirement).
*A demonstrated passion for results and customer satisfaction.
*Strong understanding of processes and best practices within an Inside Sales.
*Strong organisational and managerial skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns.
*Highly motivated, energetic, self starter.
*The ability to hold a confident and controlled conversation.
*Methodical approach to work
