This company seeks an experienced Staff Nurse for it's Care Facility in South Dublin.
Essential Requirements:
- Fully qualified RGN
- Full and up to date ABA registration
- 3 years clinical experience, post reg
- Experience in Elderly Care
- Some experience and/or training in Dementia Carewould be a distinct advantage
- To carry out all nursing procedures according to the person’s needs, as per his/her agreed care plan
- To ensure adequate supplies of medicaments, surgical dressings etc. are available or reported for ordering
- To be responsible for the safe custody of drugs ensuring that all drugs and medication are administered strictly in accordance with the general practitioner’s instructions
- To be familiar with all statutory instruments of legislation concerning nursing homes and to be familiar with all nursing policies and procedures
- To treat all resident/patient information and company data in a confidential manner
- To carry out such other duties appropriate to the post as directed by management
