Essential Criteria:
- 8-10 years marketing experience in Retail sector
- Degree qualified in Marketing (preferably Masters)
- Excellent knowledge of Loyalty schemes
- Strong project management skills
- Confirmed Track record in delivery of optimum performance
- Proven planner and organiser
Desirable Criteria:
- Digital media qualification /experience
- Strong analytical skills
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement the marketing strategy
- Manage promotions, events and advertising
- Organise communications strategy for individual stores
- Monitor customer trends/Behaviours- analysis of Loyalty cards
- Develop and manage a Digital and Social Media plan
- Build Brand awareness
- Analysis of competitors/market
