Hudson IT & Telecoms are seeking a Helpdesk Support Contractor for a 6 month contract role in South Dublin.

This is an immediate vacancy which required someone with previous Helpdesk experience in IT Troubleshooting and Incident resolution.

Shift Pattern involved.

Experience in Windows Desktops, Windows XP, 2003, Microsoft Office Suite 2003, Basic Networking - IP, DHCP, DNS is ideal).

Experience of Landesk - ServiceDesk - Touchpaper system an advantage.
