This role requires you to support fundraising volunteers to generate income to resource the equipment and training necessary to save lives at sea. You will be a confident communicator who enjoys dealing with people and working to targets and deadlines.
Working as part of this busy team, you will be actively involved in engaging supporters and volunteers to optimise income for the RNLI. Experience of working with volunteers or within fundraising would be preferred along with your ability to organise, multi-task and deliver a high standard of work in achieving financial targets.
This is your opportunity to use your impeccable customer service skills to account manage and relationship nurture community fundraising activity. You will have an eye for researching new fundraising opportunities through analysing data and market trends.
