In partnership with our Client, CPL are seeking experienced Store Managers and Assistant Managers for a popular High Street Fashion Retailer in the Dublin and Kildare areas.
Are you an experienced Fahion Manager looking for the next step in your retail career??? We currently have exciting positions for both a Store Manager and an Assistant Manager, within an excellent High Street Fashion Retail experience.

The Company are one of the most popular on the High Street today. Specialising in cutting edge fashion, footwear and accessories, they cater for the trendy fashion forward customers. With numerous stores throughout the UK and Ireland, and huge expansion plans in place for 2012, this company are in a fantastic position. Opportunities for progression are plentiful!!!
Applicants must have Management experience in a fast paced high street fashion environment.These roles would suit experienced Store Managers, Assistant Managers and Supervisors looking for a new opportunity.
Day to day duties will include:
- Ensuring top class Customer Service is being provided at all times
- Managing and motivating a busy team of Staff
- Setting and working to strict sales targets and KPI's
- Merchandising shop floor and new lines
- Being aware of Competitior activity on the high street
- Reporting to Head Office and Senior Management
If you have the following attributes, then this is the role for you!!!
- At least 2-3 years Management experience in a fast paced fashion retail environment
- A bubbly and outgoing personality
- The ability to manage, lead and motivate a team of at least 10 staff
- A sales driven personality
- An eye for merchandising
- A passion for FASHION!!
