In order to be scucessful in this role, you must have a proven track record of sucess in VM within a fast paced fashion store and be determined to make a differece. Although you will be creative with a natural flair for merchandising, strong commercial skills are also vital for this role as you will create a store identity unique to this exciting retialer.
