The VCE Recruiting Team is seeking a strategic recruiting and sourcing specialist to identify and build talent pipelines for the top talent across Europe. This is a contract position is based in our Cork, Ireland office.

Responsibilities


    Will be responsible for identifying, screening and filling candidate pools with top Talent from EMEA across a number of functions to include, IT, Finance & Sales.
    Represent VCE opportunities at various in country recruiting events
    Responsible for qualifying all candidate entry points from online applicants, employee referrals, and targeted sourcing efforts
    Partner with recruiters in other offices to smoothly transition candidates into the recruiting process
    Manage external postings and create consistent posting process
    Strategically source for top talent through Social Media streams & networking.



Requirements
    Passionate about VCE’s product, mission, and goals and able to speak to our technology/industry
    Experience in handling high volume recruitment
    3-5 years of previous in-house recruiting and/or sourcing experience required
    2+ years of proven experience in hiring passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques
    Patient, communicative, team player that is detail oriented and has outstanding interpersonal and skills
    Experience with influencing managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
    Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed
    Work with a sense of urgency.
