Title: Junior Sister - Critical Care Unit



Cpl Healthcare in partnership with its client is seeking to recruit experienced Junior Sisters for a 15 bedded Critical Care Unit in central London. Our client is a well renowned private hospital; the unit has recently opened 5 more ICU beds so are now looking for experienced staff. Predominantly the unit treats surgical patients post an array of surgeries including cardiac, vascular, thoracic, head and neck surgeries and liver transplants along with medical patients requiring intensive care intervention.

The Role involves

  • Managing the Critical Care Unit from time to time
  • Patient caseload at times
  • Delivery and management of direct nursing care
  • Working with agreed nursing standards
  • Being accountable for nursing outcomes


    • The Candidate:

    *Should be a Qualified RGN with full active NMC membership -

    *Previous experience working in a leadership role.

    *Strong clinical Critical Care experience - minimum of 4 years ICU experience

    *Critical Care Course is essential

    *Be a Team Player; flexible and adaptable to meet the business needs

    *Be thorough and efficient in all dealings

    *Motivating staff members
