Our client provides mailing lists for over 80 business sectors from a pool of over 200,000 updated Irish business contacts. With over 2 million consumer records and their analysis model, mapping tools, software solutions, online applications and practical experience, they help target customers efficiently and effectively. They are now seeking an Internal Sales Executive / Telesales Executive to join their team.

As an Internal Sales Executive / Telesales Executive, you will sell our client’s data solutions to businesses and individuals. You will also proactively manage a customer base to ensure maximum revenue is achieved.
Ensuring weekly revenue targets are met, you will develop new opportunities and manage client relationships. You will act as the key point of contact for customers.
You will support and organise client accounts with the aim of ensuring they have the maximum return from their solutions package.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Experience gained within an internal sales or telesales role
- Experience of making outbound calls in order to book appointments
- An excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite
As an Internal Sales Executive / Telesales Executive, you must have superb communication skills both written and verbal and an first-class telephone manner. Tenacious and proactive, you must be resilient and self-motivated.
Experience of working with a CRM system, such as Sage or Salesforce, would be advantageous to your application, but this is by no means essential.
