Matrix Technical are currently recruiting for a Process Engineer for an Irish manufacturing company based in South East .This is a permanent role within a highly successful organization with an excellent salary and benefits package . The company are going through a significant growth phase which will lead to career opportunities.
Essential Criteria:
- Three years experience in a pharmaceutical or food related environment
- Third level degree in Engineering (Chemical or Process)
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement
- Self motivated . enthusiastic and driven
- Focussed on achieving targets and implementing ideas
- Strong on inter-personal skills
Desirable Criteria:
- Lean /Six sigma certification
- Health and Safety qualifications

Key Accountabilities:
- Work closely with operations in process improvement
- Design , cost and implement projects
- Approve designs and drawings /flowcharts from key suppliers
- Develop strong support relationships with the Maintenance team
- Assist in automation upgrades of processes
- Achieve targets for process improvements
