This is an amazing opportunity to join one of the leading UK fashion brands as Sales Manager in a high profile and high footfall store based in Opera Lane, Cork. We are hoping to hear from an experienced Fashion Manager with excellent fashion experience gained in a very customer service focused environment.
Ideally you will have 2-3 years Fashion Management Experience and therefore be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and organisational ability. You must be able to demonstrate a stable career history and a track record of driving sales through creating a welcoming atmosphere in store, with high standards and creative visual merchandising skills
You must also be able to demonstrate a high level of organisation from the stockroom to the shop floor in order to assist with running your store efficiently. You must have a confident and engaging leadership style to manage a team in a competitive environment. With many other retailers operating under one roof it is vital that exceptional service backs up the exceptional product!

The company has an extremely positive culture where Store and Assistant Managers are granted a higher level of autonomy and can expect regular trips to Head Office for range reviews and training meetings. For the chance to be considered for this fantastic opportunity you must be working in high street or luxury fashion, preferably as an existing Store manager who is seeking a new challenge with a great fashion brand.
