Daily Rate Contract - 11 Months with a possibility to extend.
We are interviewing for a number of project managers to join a software company in the process of releasing new products to the market place. We can offer competitive rates for 11 month contracts. The environment is unique and will offer plenty of opportunities for contract extensions and job opportunities within the general business.
To secure an interview you’re background and competencies will include:
- A love of all things Project Management, complemented by a Degree and a recognised PM Certification.
- 3+yrs Project Management experience, ideally within a call centre environment.
- Good understanding of a contact centre business model.
- Demonstrated knowledge of service delivery via Telephone and email
- Tried and tested skills in Project Management, Presentation Skills, Decision Making and a strong commitment to excellence in Customer Service.
- Ability to effectively communicate in a multi-cultural environment
- Cross group collaboration skills.
- Contribute to the overall customer service readiness program by driving a software release program.
- Manage multiple work streams with deliverable and milestones, ie forecasting, service delivery.
- Control change management activities and how they impact on your project milestones
- Communicate to all your stakeholders on the SLA’s and KPI’s for your projects.
- Strive to build and maintain strong working relationships with all your stakeholders.
- Drive efficiency modelling processes when dealing with training departments and third party vendors.
