Our client, a leading healthcare organisation in Sligo is seeking to recruit a Project Training Specialist for a 6-9 month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a training project that aims to simplify site job training plans and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Introduce and design new training material and job training aids for new hires to the organisation across all departments.
- Introduce competency based assessment tools.
- Manage the ISO Train system - Maintain all documents in relation to training including records, absence forms, exemption forms, trainer qualifications and training presentations.
- In addition, ensure all employees provide a certificate of qualifications.
- Process all documents in the Documentum system when training is complete.
- Design and deliver various types of training programmes to all levels of employees.
- To measure and continually improve effectiveness of training.
- Manage the train the trainer programme to ensure all trainers are appropriately qualified to deliver training.
- Ensure that all employees involved in the manufacture of drug products are adequately trained in health, safety, environmental and GMP.
- To source training programmes that meet the development needs of employees within budget constraints.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of quality documentation and designing job training plans and job training aids.
- Relevant third level qualification
- CIPD qualification preferred
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills and a demonstrated flexible and innovative approach to work.
- Membership of the Irish Institute of Training and Development.
- Previous experience in Training design and delivery essential.
- Previous experience working in a regulated environment an advantage.
- Project management skills essential.
