Logistics Administrator – 3 month contract


GALWAY CITY


We are currently looking to recruit a Logistics Administrator to join our Logistics Department based at our Head Office in Galway.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Logistics Department within the Company.

Responsibilities include:
· Providing administrative support to the Logistics Team
· Communicating with suppliers , buyers and agents
· Monitoring inter-store transfers, with reporting and follow up
· Internal reporting and projects as requested
· Ad hoc duties as requested by the Logistics Manager

Experience/Skills:
· Minimum 2.1 Honours Degree in Business or other related discipline
· Strong organisational and administrative skills
· Excellent Microsoft Office skills
· Ability to multitask and prioritize
· Excellent verbal, written, communication /interpersonal skills
· Experience with SAP is desirable
· Previous experience in Logistics/Supply Chain environment an advantage
