T he employer is a leading provider of Corporate and Trust services, working closely with clients and professional advisers to establish and administer a range of internationally structured solutions, including trusts, companies and foundations

T he Role

The successful candidate would take full responsibility for the accounting of a number of clients, including a number or Eastern European entities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Financial accounting, including management accounts preparation, filing tax returns, managing the audit process and liaising with third parties;
  • Company secretarial work including attendance at board meetings, preparation of board meeting minutes, corporate filings etc;
  • Administration to include bank account management, dealing with customers and suppliers etc. where required.


The Person

  • A recently-qualified accountant; (part-qualified may be considered);
  • An ability to put together a full set of monthly financial and management accounts;
  • Strong commercial acumen;
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills;
  • Polish or another Eastern European Language an advantage
