Working for one of the most admired companies in their industry field worldwide, my client has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Accountant (Fluent French) to join their commercial operation based in Connaught.
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Preparation of all statutory books in compliance with local statutory requirements for multiple entities
- Check that all entries are in line with Local GAAP
- Prepare reconciliations between local and US GAAP for multiple entities
- Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax and Fiscal requirements
- Calculate Income Taxes
- Assist in the preparation of US GAAP accounts preparation and month end close
- Carry out month end review to ensure accuracy & correctness of month end accounts in line with Fiscal requirements
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and complete monthly variance analysis
- Regularly review and audit internal controls to ensure in line with US and Local GAAP
- Participate in projects and continued process improvement initiatives as required
- Payroll
Skills/Experience:
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA or equivalent)
- 3 years experience in a multinational environment
- Fluency in English and French
- SAP experience preferred
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Willingness to travel
