This is a key role responsible for the Order Management and Customer Services support while supporting the planning process, Customer Service levels and inventory targets.

THE ROLE:
*Receive and respond to customer orders/requests from organisational interfaces as assigned.
*Enter orders into the order processing system.
*Work with organisational interfaces to resolve issues with support if needed.
*Respond to questions relating to product supply.
*Liaise with supply partners to obtain and communicate delivery information, sharing information on priorities.
*Support assigned tasks in the area ongoing improvements to Supply Chain efficiency.
*Produce and maintain Key Performance Indicators as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
*Of Graduate Calibre ideally with 3 years + order management experience
*Ideally has member of IIPMM, CPIM or similar body.
*Ability to work with detailed analysis of statistical information.
*Good communication and presentation skills.
