My client requires an experienced transfer agency associate to join their team. The role is based at their headqaurters in Dublins city centre and you will reporting directly to the head of investor services. you will be dealing with all aspects of TA – Processing Subs/redemptions, AML, Client relationships etc.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with building a team likely to grow significantly
  • Managing international client relationships
  • Interacting with hedge fund principals and their investors
  • Review, understand and have the ability to discuss fund governing documents with staff and clients
  • Responsible for all aspects of operations and controls including: Processing subscriptions, redemptions; Performing anti-money laundering checks
  • Responding to investor and audit related enquiries
  • Providing periodic reports and feedback to senior management
  • Adhere to investor services procedures and policies in line with regulations globally and internal policy
  • Assist with processing of investor related activity and tracking of investor static data


  • Two plus years of proven experience managing an Investor Services or Transfer Agency team for alternative funds
  • Detailed knowledge of Transfer Agency systems, preferably NTAS
