Responsibilities Include:
- Stocktaking
- Stock analysis
- Ordering
- Stock rotation / wastage control / stock loss
- Monitoring and developing the department
- Maximise promotions / Merchandising
- Margin management
- Observing Hygiene/HACCP standards
- Dealing with suppliers
- Excellent sales and customer service background
The candidate:
- Candidate for the position will need to display proven practical experience and high standards.
- Flexibility around working hours and days will be needed
- Good team player
- Highly motivated person with exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Have a vibrant personality with good interpersonal skills
