Kylemore Services Group are recruiting for a Catering Manager for their multi site unit in Cork University Hospital. Duties will include

  • all operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of the operation including: weekly staff rosters / staff wages / presentation of food / hygiene, and cleanliness of restaurant.
  • Ensuring that costs are controlled at every level as well as ensuring that stock levels are kept at an acceptable level. Weekly monitoring of stock levels, stock-ordering and re-counting.
  • Overseeing all staff recruitment and training for the Unit.
  • Effective management of all staff Over see that the Unit runs smoothly and professionally and opening /closing procedures are followed.
  • Enforcement of HACCP Procedures Monitor expenditure and retain efficient budget control in the key impact areas of Food cost, Staff cost, utilities, equipment maintenance, operating supplies.
The ideal candidate would have previous mutli unit managerial experience.
