Cpl Healthcare in partnership with it's client is seeking to recruit a Clinical Nurse Manager for a small Nursing Home in the North West of Dublin. This 30 bed Nursing Home is surrounded by landscaped gardens, with safe walks and tranquil seating areas for residents to sit an enjoy the views. This home offers high standards of care to its residents, all nuns in a peaceful and calming setting.
The client are looking for a strong Clinical Nurse Manager for a full-time permanent role. This role will consist of 39 hours per week over 7 days, some night duty and weekend work will be required however extra will be paid for nights and Sundays.
The Candidate:
- Must be a qualified Nurse and registered with ABA
- 3-4 years post registration experience
- Experience working in an Aged Care environment
- Good management experience and leadership skills
- Be able to manage a team and work on own initiative
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge and experience working with HIQA
- Eligibility to work in Ireland
