DATA SPECIALIST

my client is recruiting for a Data specialist on a permanent basis.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • A third level degree in an IT related discipline
  • Extensive experience of Microsoft .Net technologies, SQL and Excel
  • Extensive experience of working with accounting and financial data
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience developing Data tools
  • Good communication and team-working skills
  • High-level attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative
Responsibilities:

  • Development of data processing tools for importing large volumes of accounting and financial data into relational database structures.
  • Development of data processing tools primarily in Microsoft .Net and SQL Server.
  • Liaise with accountants, financial experts and project managers in understanding data structures and requirements
