Opportunity to join a leading multi-national manufacturing pharma site. Develop and implement communications and change management plans for area-specific change projects in conjunction with line management. Own the development, implementation and ongoing support/improvement of HR policies. This includes the provision of education, training and interpretation to both management and employees. In addition, coach/support line management in policy implementation.
Identify the need for new policies based on the strategic needs of the organisation, legal developments and best practice.
Own the development, implementation and ongoing support/improvement of HR processes and ensure their effective performance.
Manage the relationship with key external providers to ensure the appropriate level of service to the organisation.
Degree qualified in a relevant HR related discipline
Five plus years experience in a similar role in a manufacturing HR environment.
Good knowledge of the HR/IR legal environment.
Ability to develop HR policies and to manage change and employee relations/IR.
