We currently have a new opportunity for a Compliance Officer with a leading Asset Manager based in the city centre. The company will provide a very good salary and generous benefits package.

Primary Duties:



  • Provide compliance advice and project management/analysis in key business projects;
  • Review and enhance compliance policies and procedures to reflect current regulatory requirements;
  • Perform compliance monitoring and reporting in line with MiFID requirements
  • Provide regular status reports and escalation of major issues to the Head of Compliance
  • Update the Compliance Monitoring Programme and Investment Compliance procedures for relevant new or amended compliance obligations


Experience and Qualifications

  • 6 years+ compliance experience in the financial services or investment banking industry;
  • Relevant qualification(s) in areas such as accounting, business, risk or compliance;
  • Excellent working knowledge of Irish and EU legislation;
  • Exposure to and appreciation of the issues in the management of UCITS and other fund structures;
