In House Recruiter / Talent Acquisition contract role available with a multi-national company based in Dublin 15. This is a contract position for approx 6 - 9 months with an immediate start.

The desired applicant will have at least 3 years volume recruitment experience gained either in-house or agency.

The role will involve:

Sourcing of suitable candidates using a variety of sources

Short listing and screening of applicants

Organising of testing for applicants

Organise and arrange interviews

Follow up with applicants regarding rejections / offers / contracts

Preparation of reports and statistics
