A leading Multinational is looking for an AP Specialist with min 2 years experience in a similar position. Excellent Salary on offer. This is a 12 month Contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing a high volume of invoices and reports in a timely manner
  • Make sure all invoices and signatures are accurate and approved
  • Ensure transactions are in line with company policies and compliance
  • Reconciliatin of vendor accounts and process vendor master files
  • Prepare weekly multi-currency and country payment accounts
  • Drive to improve KPIs in the AP Dept


Requirements:

  • Min 2 years experience in a similar AP Multinational role
  • Thrive in a team environment and on your own initiaive
  • Adapt to the fast paced environment
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Fluency in English is Essential
  • Experience in processing a high volume of invoices (1000+) per month
