Role
Telesales Agent
A highly committed, intelligent individual is required to fill a challenging role in the residential/Small Business sales department. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and closing skills and high activity levels
Duties/Responsibilities:
T o assist in the growth of the residential customer base by adding new customers to the Ripplecom network
Communicate with customers via phone and email
Upgrade and Upsell existing customers to more suitable VOIP and broadband products
Carry out administartive duties as required
Adhere to the Ripplecom "Right First Time - Single Touch" work methodology and follow through on required actions to ensure same.
General admin work
Skills/Experience:
Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task
Excellent organisational skills
Education:
Leaving certificate or equivalent is highly desirable
