Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
- Create user flows, interaction models, wireframes and mock-ups from business and functional requirements to clearly demonstrate great user experiences.
- Ensure the experiences you develop meet the project's strategic goals and the users' needs.
- Ensure projects are developed to specification.
- Work closely with the design and innovation team and liaise with the technical team.
- Responsible for helping their designers bring their creative concepts through to reality and will be involved throughout all stages of the development cycle.
- Research and evaluate the features of existing projects, critiquing and suggesting improvements.
Skills / Experience Required:
- 3 - 5 years' experience in designing complex user interfaces and solving user problems with intelligent UX design solutions.
- Strong sense of visual design.
- At least 1 year's experience designing wireframes and other UX documentation.
- Examples of applying usability best-practises to a website or application.
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to write clearly and concisely.
- Understanding of opportunities and limitations imposed by various technologies.
- Motivated and excited by the prospect of working on big, highly visible projects.
- Experience with designing for social media sites and applications.
Desired Skills:
- Ability to develop HTML and other front-end technologies.
- Experience with working to brand guidelines.
