Enterprise People are currently seeking a Service Delivery Manager for a leading Dublin based client. Reporting to the Programme Manager, the Service Delivery Manager will provide Operational and Technical leadership to project teams ensuring IT Services are provided in accordance with strict SLA’s. The Service Delivery Manager will be the critical point of contact and support to a range of Enterprise customers and will manage customer relationships, provide support planning and coordinate cross-functional teams. Working in conjunction with the project team the Service Delivery Manager will develop procedures and administer activities to ensure efficient and timely delivery of service. The Service Delivery Manager will have:

A 3rd Level Qualification

12+ Years IT experience with at least 6 of those years in a demanding Service Delivery role

Strong Technical background with broad experience managing IT Services Teams (Field Engineers, Technical Support etc)

Strong IT Strategy and Infrastructure Management experience

Strong client facing skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels

Must have ITIL experience, Certification an advantage

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
