Currenly recruiting for a Procurement Specialist
The Procurement Specialist is an essential resource responsible for, or supporting a broad spectrum of support activities; including stakeholder support, contract execution and management, and supplier management.
Administers and conducts customer service surveys to key stakeholders (managers and planners to validate their needs. Assists in providing feedback to the Procurement leads regarding the integration of preferred supplier alliances including the effectiveness of the stakeholder/supplier interface, problem resolution and optimization. Makes recommendations on how to improve the existing systems and practices.
Key Experience
- Education : BS/Associate Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years experience in commercial, business, operations function required or experience in non-procurement role. Direct Materials Experience in cGMP Operating Facility an advantage, Category experience in Primary Packaging desirable.
- Skills: Knowledge of Procurement related business processes desirable. Proficient in the use of personal computers and business software. SAP experience desirable. Excellent oral/written communications.
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills would be a distinct advantage also.
