The sales team is responsible for driving new business, building customer loyalty, ensuring high product retention rates, supporting and promoting corporate strategy and initiatives, and developing and executing area business plans. VMware’s executive sales leadership is hands-on, regularly engaging with the team during key parts of the sales process to win and retain accounts.
Role : Order Management Analyst : 6-12 Month Contract
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for analyzing and reviewing customer documentation and entering order data as per procedural guidelines.
- Report daily order count and monitor and maintain pending order reports.
- Ability to prioritize allocation of workload and keep up to date with procedural & programmatic changes that are communicated.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers in order to manage information and the timely resolution of issues.
- Demonstrate a familiarity and/or ability to adapt to systems & such as Oracle Applications, Microsoft Packages and web based systems.
- Deliver on ad-hoc assignments as business requires.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years+ experience in an Order Management Role.
- Excellent written communication skills to facilitate effective writing of correspondence with internal and external customers.
- Demonstrate strong oral communication skills.
- Capability to work outside office hours as per business requirements.
- Ability and motivation to work efficiently and productively in a multi-task environment on a daily basis, independently and with minimal supervision.
- Ability to identify and analyze problems using sound judgment and determine solutions in order to effectively resolve issues.
- Software proficiency in Oracle, Excel and Outlook is desirable.
- Desire to work in a team environment.
