Responsibilities, not limited to:
  • Lead the department to exceed company goals and ensure corporate efficiency
  • Support the management team in building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Build and develop strong and sustainable relationships with external stakeholders
  • Develop and lead people to maximise performance
  • Assist in the application of emerging technologies, procedures and processes to maximise performance and productivity.
  • Support revenue generation within own area.


The Person:
  • A minimum of three to five years management experience in Call Centre / Shared Services environment.
  • Strong background in process implementation, scheduling, training, reporting, quality assurance and IT
  • Strong decision maker with excellent forecasting abilities
  • Proven ability in stakeholder management
  • Experience of financial management and cost centre control would be an advantage
  • Excellent written, communication and presentation skills are a must
  • Third level degree is desired
