Supply Chain Assistant
- In this great new role working with a growing company - you will be reporting to a Supply chain manager & be responsible for customer satisfaction using best practice in Fulfilment, Supply Chain & Logistics
You will be : -
- Responsible for tight integration of supply with customer orders and demand
- Review & monitor stock levels for weekly demand ensuring good stock turnover
- Customer Focus - ensure key customer commitments are managed & delivered & give their f/back to the S/chain team
- Manage sales Orders & give customer f/back to your internal stakeholders
Key Account Management
- Review & prepare data for 1/4ly planning meetings - analyse customer orders & targets from previous quarter.
- Review delivery KPIs of customer orders including shortages
- Responsible for all Supply Chain matters internally - liaising with planning & sales colleagues
- Support high performance expectations from customers and communicate to your team. Simplify business processes to reduce complexity to customers & internal stakeholders

Education & Exp :
- Relevant qualification in Business, Supply chain with min 2/3 years post graduate experience
- Knowledge & exp. of working in a customer facing environment, particularly in business to business situations
- Knowledge to manage financials to maintain profitability & value.
