Working closely with the Financial Control and Project teams you will be responsible for:
• Preparation of full set of financial and management accounts
• Preparation of financial and management reporting for the business unit
• Act a s a key guardian to quarterly close process and related controls
• Review of balance sheet reconciliations, trial balance, Profit and Loss r eports
• Be a part of project team focusing on process improvement within management reporting and financial control framework
• Statutory accounting for the business unit and dealing with auditors
• Ensuring SOX compliance
This is a great opportunity for a fully qualified accountant with strong accounts preparation experience.
The client is interested in 2 types of candidates :
1 – Fully Qualified, Big 4 trained with experience in Financial Services / Banking area
2 – Fully Qualified, directly from Banking Company and strong accounts preparation skills
Strong communications, drive and analytical skills are required as well as ability to deal with senior managers from different disciplines in relation to project activity
