Essential Criteria:
- 6- 8 years maintenance management experience
- Trades qualified or Degree in Engineering
- Excellent planner who can deliver on deadlines
- Budgeting experience
- Proven track record in delivery of optimum performance
- Excellent people management skills who can lead and develop a team
Desirable Criteria:
- Knowledge of latest efficiency techniques would be an advantage
- Strong working knowledge of a variety of systems
Key Accountabilities:
- Implementation of maintenance projects
- Develop and implement best practice maintenance systems
- Assess critical equipment and systems and ensure correct maintenance policy in place
- Manage the PM program
- Analyse maintenance performance and report on same
- Ensure adherence to Health and Safety regulations
