My client an International Funds compnay requires a Trustee Services Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is at assistant vice president level and is an ideal opportunity an ambitious experienced finance professional in the funds industry, with a strong track-record of delivering top performance to internal and external clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Client relationship management and acting as principle point of contact for trustee / custody clients;
  • Management of trustee / custody reporting processes for clients;
  • Reporting of revenues, costs and profitability to senior management;
  • Responsible for compliance with best practice and local laws and regulations
  • Ad hoc project management;
  • Manage the entire process of take on and negotiation of new business and successful on boarding of new trustee / custody mandates;
  • Assisting in the further development of new & existing global client relationships, optimizing service offerings, productivity and profitability;
  • Implementation of safekeeping or supervision review procedures; and
  • Manage relationships with sub-custodians
Requirements:

  • At least 5 years work experience in the trustee business
  • Knowledge of Irish legislation and regulations relating to trustee services
  • A detailed understanding of Irish fund structures, fund administration and trustee / custody business
