Marketing Supervisor – Maternity Leave Cover
Job Specification:
Lead generation –
- Monitor Lead bank; propose solution for problem areas i.e. arrange outbound appointments if required, additional media or telemarketing.
- Propose and confirm schedule each month with the advertising agency.
- Update and create new copy with advertising agency.
- Proof, Sign off and analyse media schedules including TV.
- Direct bookings for specific adverts – supply copy to publication.
- Supply call centre with the monthly ad schedule and TV transmission timings in advance.
- Check info emails and text coming from website and TV responses, generate weekly report.
- Plan mobile clinic areas depending on lead bank requirements.
Call centre –
- Check daily inbound call reports, monitor service level agreements and instigate corrective action when required. Chair regular process / service meetings.
- Analyse monthly reports and address issues as they arise.
- Deal with queries in relation to clinics diaries and customer service.
Supervisor – staff queries, monitor leave & holiday requests, train new employees, check reports/campaigns.
New Marketing Campaigns – develop and proof new brochures, leaflets, advertising copy etc for new campaigns etc.
Reports - Monthly lead flow report, MTR reports – check campaigns are set up correctly and analyse campaign effectiveness for monthly board meeting.
Marketing accounts – Process purchase orders and prepare monthly budget forecast.
Process marketing invoices and balance monthly marketing spend with head office accounts payable.
Create budget variance report demonstrating difference in forecast and actual spend.
Salary depends on experience.
