Technical Client Services Manager

Opportunity to join global leader, Prometric, in start-up phase in Dundalk, work directly with Prometric's global clients (remotely) enhancing customer experience by helping them to strategically develop their adoption of Prometric's test development solutions.

This role will have responsibility for working directly with the clients both new and existing to understand their requirements & goals of their testing and assessment programs and converting this into business requirements matched to the capabilities of the Prometric test delivery and data management systems / capabilities. Agree solutions and define the requirement in partnership with the client (Previous Business Analyst experience will be relevant). Communicate the requirement and manage the internal deliverables via your team in a matrix organisation.

This position will have similarities to a Technical Account Manager Project Manager / Programme Manager role where the individual has strong leadership and client facing experience but this is NOT a sales role. The requirement is an ability to understand, define, agree and then translate the needs of the client into test development actions.

Requirements:

  • An ability and enthusiasm to gain an in depth understanding of the proprietary Prometric test design and delivery systems and process.
  • Excellent client relationship skills.
  • Management experience. Minimum 5 years direct leadership responsibility. Experience building a culture of experimentation and collaboration within a team. Ability to select, manage and inspire a team to provide an exemplary service.
  • Results driven.
  • Analytical.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Have a broad understanding of technology and IT platforms. An understanding (no deep technical knowledge required) of the following:- Xml, csv files, web services, SOAP protocol, html and ftp.
  • Operations management (customer facing) experience in a technology based environment.
  • Customer focus.
