Our Client, one of the world’s leading retailers of luxury watches and jewellery are looking to recruit for an Experienced Assistant Manager for their spectacular new boutique at Dublin Airport!

To be considered for this Assistant Manager role the ideal candidate must have current high-end fashion , jewellery or accessories retail management experience. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on driving sales performance, will deliver unrivalled customer service and will demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Some duties will include -

  • Supporting sales objectives and assisting the Store Manager to drive the sales team forward to achieve these
  • Opening and closing of Store and managing all operations while the Store Manager is out of the business.
  • Setting the standards of a superior level of customer service and sales volume
  • To visually and commercially merchandise shop floor to high company standards
  • Motivates staff and leads by flawless example
  • To protect the security of cash, inventory, and other company assets according to guidelines and directives
  • Prioritizing, planning, delegating, administrating and adapting to business needs
  • Bringing positive recognition to the company through effective communication, enthusiastic attitude and professionalism
Desired Characteristics of Successful Candidate -

  • Team-oriented

  • All candidates should have at least 2 years of premium retail management experience.
