Main Responsibilities
* Implement and lead the salary review process for Ireland working with the Reward team
* Implementing the ROI People agenda.
* Anticipates issues and needs within the Business
* Works alongside the Leadership to manage all people matters.
* Evaluates requests and initiatives from the Business before deciding an appropriate response.
* Challenge and influence the business to ensure the most appropriate course of action.
* Provides insight around people issues within the service line, and a challenging, robust point of view on business decisions and their impact upon people.
* Ensures that the sub-area strategic people imperatives are met within their service lines e.g. talent management, performance management, leadership development.
* Oversee performance management and annual review processes.
* Work alongside employee relations manager on any grievance, disciplinary and employee relations issues.
* Builds and maintains influential relationships with business leaders and managers working closely with them to co-develop solutions to meet their business needs.
* Acts as a point of contact for the central HR team in ensuring that projects are rolled out
Essential Skills & Experience
* Practical experience of supporting performance management systems and administering company reward processes.
* Educated to degree level with qualification in a relevant discipline.
Desirable Skills & Experience
* Experience of working in, or with, Professional Services firms desirable
* Relevant qualification and membership of a professional body
* Experience of on-line performance management systems.
